Sprites – Child’s Bedtime Chant

Now I lay me down to rest.
I pray that all the world be blessed.
Lady Moon and Sister Star Watch over me from afar.
Mother Earth is always there,
And keeps me safe within her care.
The Lord of Dreams will dance and sing,
And happy dreams will to me bring.
And when I wake to greet the day,
Brother Sun will light my way.

Sprites – CareBear’s Favorite Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

Pre made pizza crust
pizza sauce
chunks of ham or Flakes of Ham
Pineapple
Green Peppers
Red Peppers
Onion
Kraft Italian Blend shredded cheese (lots of it!!)

DIRECTIONS:

Make sure your oven is heating to 425 F. Put some sauce on the crust, and then throw the other stuff on all mixed up. Be careful with the cheese…you want it all on the pizza!! Bake for 12 minutes, or until it’s melted in the middle and turning brown at the edges.

Sprites – Rhiannon’s Favorite Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup cornstarch
2 cups flour

DIRECTIONS:

Mix to form stiff dough. Roll out on flat surface until about 1/3 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes (we almost always have “moons” and “stars”) and bake at 300F (150C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until starting to turn golden.
