The Last

I just sent in my requests to have my material removed from Suite101, SuiteUniversity and the Best of Suite programs. As of December 1st, if the material is still there, it is without my express permission. They will claim ownership, however it was Creative Marketeam who broke the contract in the first place, by not following the 30 day notice stipulation of their own accord.

As well, I have never been given a reason, nor notice for that matter for being “fired” as a dean. Although, I presume that they’ll state my “irrational behaviour” from postings on the site and the articles I posted on the topics I did continue to maintain. Ya know, cuz it’s irrational to state the blatant truth.

They want the content, they don’t want the writers who were previously extremely loyal. Yes – I argued with the HO staff when I felt there was something wrong, however I was loyal to Suite.

No longer.

I’ve made the changes I needed to, removed the content I could remove – and did something I haven’t done except during computer issues that required it – I logged out.

The last.

Introducing…

Danserak!

Over at NaNo, there’s a forum particularly for the genre I’m working in, and one of the inspired members has become an adoption agent for fornits.

If you don’t know what a fornit is, I’m so sorry for you. Really and truly. Read “The Ballad of the Flexible Bullet” by Stephen King. Then you will rate my pity list no longer.

I was wandering about the threads and stumbled on that particular one. Such a blessing that was – and naturally I put in my request.

Danserak arrived last night and immediately began re-arranging various things on my desk, left a note for me telling me to maintain a steady stream of coffee for him and then told me I need a new computer. With a bigger keyboard.

I don’t think he likes the neopets, but I can always stuff them into a box (hey, they’re the McDick’s kidsmeal neopets…) and put them away for now.

Anyway, he’s also convinced me that he needs his own space here at the blog, to keep in touch with his friends and family in from the adoption agency. So – I’m adding a new category for his comments. I don’t image he’ll be posting often, but…he could.

He’s very energetic – he’s already terrified the cat and sent him into an odd convulsive fit. S’ok…Malley was getting a bit, oh let’s not be too polite here – fat – since his surgery in August. A bit of exercise will do him good.

hehehe

I just have to say, though, if you work with a fornit, don’t go against the advice he or she gives you. They carry big sticks..
